Refund policy
Due to the personalised/customised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please select carefully.
It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammer are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email to smittencreations@outlook.com providing the item has not started production we can look to make the required alterations.
Smitten Creations will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.
In the event that orders are either faulty or are damaged, please contact us within seven business days of receiving your order. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be considered after that time. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
Company Disclaimer: Smitten Creations reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our refund policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
Slight variations may occur in colours and sizing across all of our products and images as shown on all media platforms. We try to minimise any discrepancies to the best of our ability and cater to all in every aspect.
Each of our products are made using the highest quality garments and commercial grade vinyl or heat transfer material. Please ensure that you follow the care guide when caring for your garments.
