Each of our items are made to order, so please allow 5-9 business days before being shipped out. This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during peak, sale times & Christmas.
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post.
Their standard shipping is 2-8 days
Express is 1-3 days
Please note we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or loss of parcels once they are dispatched, if you are having any major shipping delays, please contact us and we will endeavor to help where we can.
In the event that you have entered an incorrect address or did not update your address details, Smitten Creations can not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional shipping costs or lost items.
